Policy
1. Be regular in attendance. This fosters your child's adjustment and he/she will learn more through consistency in curriculum for the entire month.
2. Arriving time is 9:00 a.m. and departure time starts at 11:15 a.m.. A $5.00 fee every 5 minutes for late pick up will be charged unless prior arrangments have been made.
3. If your child is absent for one month without notice of intent, your reservation will be eliminated and given to the next child on our waiting list.
4. No credits will be extended for absenteeism. The fee will be the same for long and short months.
5. The Preschool will operate on the same schedule as the Greater Clark County Public Schools. Holidays and school cancellations will be observed in the same manner as Greater Clark County Schools.
6. All children will be required to bring a container with one change of clothing, extra diapers, pull-ups, etc. These will be locked in the office and ready for use via any spills or accidents. We will return the container in May.
7. Please do not bring a sick child to school. Sick means fever, vomiting, diarrhea etc...
8. Each child will need a back-pack. Check your child's back-pack every Tuesday and Thursday. Important papers will be sent home with them- including tuition notices, their crafts, homework, and any communication coming from the director or teacher, etc.
9. When you are picking up your child in the car line, you must use your sign. Each family will recieve 2 signs. Make sure the person picking up your child has a sign. A drivers license will be required if failure to have sign. Again, please notify your child's teacher in advance if you have someone different picking up you child.
