David Bates

David grew up in Lancaster, Ohio.  He was baptized into Christ in 1978 and considers Lancaster Church of Christ his original home congregation.

David currently serves as an elder at Northside.  Before serving as an elder, he served as a deacon for two years.  He has also served as a deacon for Anderson Church of Christ and a deacon for Lancaster Church of Christ.

David and his wife, Krista, have four children, Robert, Rayel, Randal, and Richard.  Robert, Randal, and Richard are all married and live close by.  David enjoys hunting, fishing and golf.
