Bill grew up in San Jose, California. He was baptized into Christ in 1978 and considers Baker Heights Church of Christ his original home congregation.
Bill has been a deacon at Northside for six years.
Bill and his wife, Joyce, have two children, Ellen and Brian. Ellen is married and lives in Arkansas. Bill has served in the US Airforce, and currently works at Childplace as their maintenance coordinator. Bill enjoys wood working, fixing things, and traveling.
